Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, recruiting care support workers. The role involves health-care related tasks under supervision, personal care, meal preparation, and household duties, with emphasis on confidentiality and dignity for service users.

Applicants must reside in the UK with valid right to work. Prior care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided to support you in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assist with medication under supervision.
• Provide bedside and personal care, assist with mobility and hygiene.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and serving.
• Help with household tasks and maintain client confidentiality.
• Record client progress and report changes to supervisor.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
