Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, recruiting care support workers. You will perform health-care tasks under supervision, assist with personal care, meals, and household duties, and maintain records while upholding confidentiality and dignity.

A valid right to work in the UK is essential; prior care experience is welcomed but training will be provided. Office location typically in clients' homes across our service area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medication under supervision of nurses and physiotherapists
• Administer bedside and personal care including ambulation and hygiene assistance
• Advise, support and attend in personal care of service users
• Assist with planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support household duties such as washing and ironing
• Maintain client confidentiality, respect privacy and dignity
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
