Job summary

HRString is recruiting care support workers to deliver high-quality domiciliary care in the UK. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor well-being and support service users in their homes.

Training will be provided; prior care experience is welcomed. You must be resident in the UK with a valid right to work. Compassion, reliability and good communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
