Job summary

HRString LTD. is recruiting care support workers in the UK. The role involves assisting service users with personal care, meals, and daily activities under supervision, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Applicants must reside in the UK with a valid right to work. Prior care experience is welcome, though training will be provided to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care (ambulation, hygiene).
• Advise, support and attend to personal care of service users.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals for service users.
• Support household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes to manager or supervisor.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
