Job summary

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts

8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement

We are currently recruiting for staff to work a mix of days and nights

Contract

We have 1 x 24 hour permanent contract available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with cycling, rambling, baking, listening to music and visiting local coffee shops
