Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Inverurie is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help 18 individuals live their daily lives with dignity and choice. You’ll provide person-centred support across personal care, daily activities, and home management, building meaningful connections with each person.

This permanent role offers guaranteed shifts, supportive leadership, and ongoing training to grow your career within a national charity.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals from age 22-60 in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts: 7am - 3pm | 8am - 3pm | 3pm - 9pm | 3pm - 10pm | 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting to work a selection of the shifts above (including sleepovers)

Contract: 7, 14 or 21 hour permanent contracts available

Driving License Required? No

What You'll Be Doing You’ll be supporting 18 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to enjoy walking football and rugby, going to discos, bowling, live music, visiting the local pub, gardening and enjoying the garden's bar!
