Job summary

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults aged 18 to 70 with either mental health/learning disability service that provides a person centric care planning approach and support.

• Some of us have complex care needs, some of us just need a little support with day to day living.

Our Shifts:

8am-8pm or 8pm till 8am

1x Full time Position - 36 hours
