Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help people lead fulfilling lives with daily activities and personal care support. You will build real connections while working with six individuals in a supportive team.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in your day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts:

Days | Sleepovers | Some weekend work will be required

We are currently recruiting for day shifts and sleepovers only

Contract:

42 hour and 25 hour permanent roles

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 6 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with watching movies, arts and crafts, karaoke, gardening, baking and going for walks
