Community Integrated Care seeks a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults in extra care living for the over-55s. The role focuses on enabling an active, independent lifestyle within one location, with a range of shifts across mornings, days and nights.

It is a full-time permanent contract with no driving required and a commitment to person-centred support. We value your values more than experience and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Our Shifts: 7am-2pm, 8am-10pm, 10pm-7am (Waking Nights)

What You'll Be Doing

This Service is extra care living accommodation for the over 55's and it is to provide enjoyment and active and independent lifestyle with the addition of added security and privacy. This has 37 spacious purpose built apartments with access to extra care benefits.
