Community Integrated Care is looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to help people live better lives. You’ll work 37.5 hours on a permanent contract, with shifts 8am–3pm and 3pm–10pm (including sleepovers and weekends).

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts:

8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm including sleepovers and weekends. The sleepover shift covers 3pm to 3pm.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be supporting 3 ladies that live in a single storey house. They enjoy arts and crafts, bingo, theatre, shopping, cafes and days out. They are friendly, sociable and like a laugh and also like dancing, karaoke and pamepr nights.

There are at least 2 staff on shift, usually 3 during the day.
