Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Workers, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 8am - 9pm | 8am - 10pm (plus sleepover) | 10am - 5pm | 9pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts and sleepovers, but availability for occasional waking nights would be beneficial

Contract: We can offer a permanent part-time or full-time contract

UK Driving License Required? No, but living in the local area would be useful

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting 5 amazing individuals (3 men and 2 ladies) from ages 22-68 to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Communication - the people we support communicate verbally and non-verbally
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and enjoy everything related to trains, listening to music, going out for daytrips, spa days, going shopping, playing games, arts and crafts and visiting family
