The gentlemen require support with aspects of daily living, but also love to get out and about in the community. Whether it’s going shopping, enjoying a coffee, attending activities or simply spending time in their garden, you’ll play a key role in helping them live full and meaningful lives.

About the Role
  • Support daily living – Assist with personal care, mobility, eating and drinking, and health needs, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Enjoy activities together – Accompany the gentlemen on trips out, whether that’s a coffee in town, shopping, a day out in the community, or enjoying the garden at home.
  • Encourage independence – Help each person to make choices, develop skills and take part in meaningful activities.
  • Promote wellbeing – Offer companionship, encouragement and emotional support so that each lady feels valued and included.
  • Work in partnership – Build strong, positive relationships with families and professionals to ensure the best possible support.

You don’t need previous experience in care – what matters most are the right values, compassion and a genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support.
