Acuity Care Group is seeking two 24-hour shift-based Support Workers to assist an adult male living independently at home. The role involves full personal care, moving and handling with hoists and wheelchairs, and accompanying him to appointments and community activities.

Contract: 2 x 24-hour positions available
Shifts: 8:00am–8:00pm or 8:00pm–8:00am, with flexible options to work days, nights, or a combination of both
Pay Rate: £17 per hour, Weekly or monthly pay available
We are seeking caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small, consistent 2:1 team supporting an adult male living independently in his own home.He has a brain injury and is a wheelchair user, requiring full personal care and safe moving and handling support, including hoisting.
He communicates his needs clearly and has capacity, although he may become verbally frustrated if routines change. With calm, patient and consistent support, he quickly settles and engages positively.This role is vital in helping him maintain his independence, participate in meaningful activities and feel confident both at home and in the community.
