Job summary

A Shoreham-by-Sea based Complex Care Support Worker role is available with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The position supports a male client with complex conditions, including ABI/CP, in a fully adapted home.

You will assist with personal care, medication administration and community outings while promoting independence and wellbeing. The role requires a UK driving licence, flexibility for days and night shifts on a 4-week rota, including sleep-ins, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK driving licence.
• Experience with complex conditions and challenging behavior (ABI, CP).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit to support client with swimming and gym.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication administration.
• Support the client out and about in the community.
• Assist with gym and swimming activities as part of daily routine.

Shifts and schedule: 36 hours available (Days, nights and sleep ins on a 4 week rota)

Client and Role:

• Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community
• Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music

Successful Applicant:

• Must hold a UK driving license
• Must have experience working with complex conditions and challening behavior (ABI,CP)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym
