Head First recruits support staff to assist a 37-year-old man living independently in his own home after an acquired brain injury in Burgess Hill. The role offers 2-3 shifts weekly (11 hours each) with some flexibility to meet client needs, typically 10:30am–9:30pm, and overtime may be available.
You will be part of a structured rehabilitation programme, working with healthcare professionals and family to support daily living, appointments, activities, and routines to build independence.

Salary: £14.70 (weekdays) | £15.23 (weekends) | Sleep-in rate at NMW/NLW (Bank Holidays paid at time and a half)
