The person you will be supporting has complex learning disabilities and autism and benefits greatly from a consistent team of people who take the time to build trust, understand their needs, and provide high-quality, person-centred support.

What makes this role particularly rewarding is the opportunity to support someone who is fun-loving, active, and enjoys a structured routine. They have a fantastic sense of humour and a wide range of interests, including going for car rides, listening to 70s music, and enjoying the occasional milkshake. Every day brings the chance to share in activities they love while making a genuine difference to their quality of life.

To help them make the most of their time out in the community, we're looking for people who are local to Waterlooville, know the surrounding area, and are confident drivers. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
