Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider delivering quality support to service users across the UK. We are currently recruiting for care support workers to assist with daily living activities in clients' homes, under the supervision of registered nurses and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have compassionate communication, patient demeanour and safeguarding awareness. Prior care experience is welcome but full training will be provided, and you must have the legal right to work in

Qualifications

• You must be a resident in the UK with a valid right to work.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care tasks such as monitoring vital signs and medication under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Support and attend to the personal care of service users.
• Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals as required.
• Assist with household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity of clients.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes to a supervisor.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
