Job summary

Cygnet Views in Matlock is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a 9-bed high dependency care service for women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. You will work 42 hours per week, including day and night shifts, delivering physical and emotional support and helping residents maintain independence.

Applicants should be genuinely committed to making a difference, with strong communication and teamwork.
