Job summary

CYGNET Maple House is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our 16-bed service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. You will work 42 hours weekly across day and night shifts, providing physical and emotional support, and helping residents with their individual needs in a safe, clean environment.

We offer a strong apprenticeship scheme, flexible working, regular coaching, and wellbeing resources. Applicants may be unpaid carers; DBS check is required.

• Sensitive and intuitive with energy to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment.
• Helping to empower and support service user independence.

Responsibilities

• Work 42 hours per week in a mixture of days and nights.
