Job summary

Cygnet Glyn House is seeking an experienced Night Support Worker to join our team. You will work 42 hours a week on night shifts (12.25 hours per shift), providing care to people with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.

You will support their physical and emotional welfare and safeguard residents in a safe, clean environment. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a learning disabilities/mental health setting, excellent communication, and a compassionate,
