Job summary

Cygnet Maple House in East Bridgford, United Kingdom, is seeking a full-time Support Worker to join our 16-bed service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. You will work a 42-hour week with day and night shifts, providing practical and emotional support to residents.

We offer an apprenticeship scheme, flexible working with overtime, regular coaching and supervision, cycle to work, wellbeing resources, and a supportive team environment. DBS check required.

We are looking for a full time Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Maple House.

Cygnet Maple House

is our 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll be working 42 hours per week a mixture of days and nights.

Salary

£13.15 per hour

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
