Job summary

CYGNET seeks a dedicated Support Worker at Cygnet Fountains, a high-support inpatient rehabilitation service in Blackburn. You will work full-time, including days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays, delivering physical and emotional support and helping residents with daily needs.

A strong team player with empathy is essential. The role includes safeguarding residents, maintaining a clean environment, and contributing to a supportive, learning-friendly atmosphere with DBS clearance and training

Be a part of it.We are looking for a Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Fountains.You’ll be working full time, 42 hours a week at Cygnet Fountains (working days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays).Cygnet Fountains is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act.
