Job summary

CYGNET is hiring Support Workers to join Adele Cottages in Mansfield. You will work 42 hours a week, covering day and night shifts to provide round-the-clock care for men with learning disabilities and complex needs.

We support adults on a pathway from hospital to community living. You will learn individual needs, provide emotional and physical support, maintain a safe environment, and report welfare needs. DBS check required; apprenticeship scheme and Cycle to Work are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or support roles.
• Willingness to work 42 hours per week including day and night shifts.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group support to service users.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all service users.
• Document and communicate observations and progress to the team.

We provide placements for adults who require a supportive home, with round the clock care.
