Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Healthcare Support Worker to join Adarna House in Bradford on a part-time basis. You will support nine men with mental health and autism, providing a safe and supportive environment across shifts that may include days, nights and weekends.

The role requires at least 12 months of relevant experience and carries opportunities for learning and progression. £13.15 per hour is offered, with flexible working options and potential overtime.

• 12 months experience with adults with mental health and autism.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for service users, patients and residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
