A partnership organisation is seeking experienced support workers to assist individuals with complex needs in their new supported living homes. Key responsibilities include supporting daily routines, planning activities, and contributing to support plans. Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience in care settings. A valid manual UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK are required. The starting salary is £12.60 per hour based on a 37-hour work week.

We’re looking for compassionate, resilient support workers to empower young adults as they take the exciting step into their new homes.
You will be supporting individuals who have complex needs – including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities – helping them thrive in their new homes.
We are looking for experienced, patient and upbeat support workers who can bring energy and empathy to daily living, mobility and emotional wellbeing. If you’re ready to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you!
