Job description
Support Worker – Gloucester – £12.45 per hour plus enhancements

Shifts across the rota are: 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am.

Must be flexible to cover all shifts across the rota and be available to work Monday‑Sunday.

What You’ll Do

You will enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising, and engaging in various activities such as dining out, attending appointments, watching films, or going to the cinema.

You will help individuals achieve confidence and independence, aiding them in meeting personal goals such as cooking dinner themselves or going on holiday.

Experience & Values We Look For

Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
