Tradewind Secondary is seeking dedicated and professional Supply Teachers and staff to support schools in and around the Rickmansworth area. We can offer part‑ and full‑time roles, an array of schools and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire pupils & lead learning: Supervise classes and ensure an appropriate learning environment for your pupils in the absence of the schools’ own teachers.
  • Maintain standards in the classroom: Ensure a productive environment by upholding school policies and managing behaviour effectively.
  • Support in wider school life: This could be holding students accountable in the hallways between lessons or simply leading by example.

We are offering the chance to see schools from the inside. Many of our supply staff find schools they love and network their way into ongoing and permanent posts.

What You'll Need to Apply

  • An enhanced DBS disclosure – we can support this application should you not have one.
  • Overseas police clearances (if applicable).
  • A CV detailing your employment history.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
