Job description

If you are a Primary Supply Teacher (with QTS) looking for complete flexibility in your work‑life balance, and passionate about making an impact on the development and lives of every student whilst building strong relationships, Aspire People can help find work for you on a flexible SUPPLY basis.

We are looking for Primary Teachers (with QTS) to support schools on a day‑to‑day basis.

3‑5 days a week

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confidently work together with both adults and children creating positive relationships.
  • Be enthusiastic in raising the bar in teaching standards for the children's learning journey as well as developing your own.
  • Engage each and every child with positive teaching methods and techniques within the classroom.
  • Show various creative ways to effectively carry out the curriculum for the students.
  • Be adaptable to learning to meet each and every pupils needs.
  • Look to inspire children in their education to bring the best out of them.
