Overview

Supply Manager – Winfield Hospital, Gloucester. Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week. This is a 'hands on' role and will report to Winfield Hospital's Finance Manager. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to effectively time manage an increasing workload.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with departmental manager's and team leaders
  • Lead, motivate, supervise and where appropriate train a team of supplies staff including carrying out 1-1's and supporting the team
  • Ensure all audits for the department are undertaken and address any issues raised
  • Ensure the implementation of compliance with all the relevant standards, policies and procedures within the department
  • Ensure goods and services are purchased to meet business requirements in line with the organisational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure KPI's are delivered in line with the organisational requirements
  • Promote team working across the department
  • Ensure good working relationships at all times with theatre staff

Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and currently has 39 beds including thirty four single rooms all with en-suite facilities.
