Overview

A Supply Chain Optimisation Manager / ERP Systems Manager / Supply Chain Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer at their Wellingborough site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimising ERP systems, reducing lead times and increasing warehouse efficiency at their Wellingborough facility. The role requires proficiency with ERP systems within a Manufacturing environment, ideally in a role that focuses on supply chain / data management.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the move towards automated ordering and replenishment processes, cutting lead times and minimising staff intervention.
  • Oversee the integrity of ERP data, ensuring consistency and reliability across all departments.
  • Roll out Microsoft 365 across the UK operations, embedding best practice in everyday workflows.
  • Deliver analysis of sales, stock, and production data, turning numbers into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
  • Review current processes and introduce smarter ways of working across supply chain, logistics, and stock management.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, developing capability in data management and supply chain best practice.
