What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a team of two, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding performance.
  • Manage order processing and stock control for all UK and EU accounts.
  • Analyse and summarise key product sales, producing weekly and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
  • Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to balance stock efficiency and customer demand.
  • Track stock arrivals and communicate updates across departments and to customers.
  • Review daily stock and shelf-life reports, ensuring data accuracy and proactive issue management.
  • Approve service provider invoices and maintain cost records for commercial reporting.
About You
  • Proven experience managing a small team within a Supply Chain or Operations environment.
  • Background in a similar industry (FMCG, food production, or fresh produce) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business systems.
  • Must be willing to work in the office full-time (5 days per week).
