Overview

We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Supply Chain Administrator, based at our Derby Head Office.

Responsibilities
  • Stock Audits and Reporting: Conduct accurate cyclical, targeted, and investigatory stock counts; compile and analyse audit reports to maintain accurate stock records; data entry of counts.
  • Process Compliance Audits: Audit process compliance across the business to minimise error rates; identify risks to stock integrity and ensure issues are addressed or escalated promptly.
  • Stock Monitoring and Management: Monitor the top 500 items to manage minimum and maximum stock levels effectively; perform partner and FSL (Forward Stock Location) reconciliations; maintain and update the adjustment log regularly; oversee FSL redistribution processes; manage new stock forms and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Compliance and Support: Support P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption) compliance efforts; assist and support in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) administration processes; assist Logistics Coordinators with day-to-day operations as needed.
  • Disposal Administration: Support with disposal requests and manage disposal administration, organisation and booking.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Additional Information
  • The role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as operationally necessary.
  • Some physical work in the warehouse, including stock counts and supporting warehouse operations.
