Job summary

WHSmith Lancaster is seeking a Supervisor at Lancaster Services to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, and helping to keep the unit running smoothly every day.

You’ll replenish shelves, oversee gaming areas, and deliver exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience, with a 40-hour week and a salary of £27,707 per year plus an annual bonus and enhanced benefits.

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our WHSmith retail store, replenishing shelves, overseeing our gaming areas and delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
