Moto Hospitality is recruiting for a Supervisor at Lancaster Services (M6 J32/33). The role offers £27,707 per annum, a 40-hour week, and opportunities to progress into management. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and uphold Costa Coffee standards in a busy rest stop environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
