Job summary

Moto is hiring a proactive Supervisor at our Trowell Services site near Nottingham. You will be the store’s strong right hand to the Manager, leading shifts, delivering excellent service, and upholding the brand in a busy rest stop environment.

You’ll drive a positive culture, ensure safety and quality standards, and develop the team while meeting operational targets. The role includes progression opportunities into management and flexible hours where possible.

• Focus on delivering memorable customer experiences and brand standards.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Supervisor - £27,700 - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
