Job summary

Moto Hospitality operates Lancaster Services, M6 J32/33. As a Supervisor, you’ll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, leading shifts and helping to keep the unit running smoothly every day.

This role offers £27,707 per annum for 40 hours per week, with a clear path to management development and a bonus scheme, plus staff discounts and enhanced benefits. Please note access by car is advised due to site location.

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our WHSmith retail store, replenishing shelves, overseeing our gaming areas and delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
