Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for Winchester Services. The role pays £30,000 per year for a 40-hour week and includes strong development opportunities as part of the Costa brand at a busy motorway services site.

You will lead shifts, uphold high food safety and service standards, and act as a brand ambassador while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexible patterns and access considerations are noted on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
