Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Lancaster is seeking a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and keeping the unit running smoothly every day.

You will champion Costa Coffee, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold food safety and health standards while supporting continuous improvement and funded qualifications for career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered

Supervisor, £27,707 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
