Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Trowell Services to lead shifts, uphold brand standards, and deliver excellent customer service within our Burger King restaurant. The role focuses on strong leadership, team development, and maintaining excellent operations at a busy rest stop.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader, capable of driving a positive culture, with a focus on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative and take reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
