Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for our Burger King restaurant at Reading Services. The role reports to the Store Manager and carries responsibility for leading shifts, upholding brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest service while the unit runs smoothly.

The salary is £28,540 per annum for 40 hours per week, with an annual bonus potential and enhanced benefits. This position offers development opportunities to move into management and is based at Reading Services, M4

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
