• take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution.

• already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry.
• flexible and ready to work in shifts.

• enjoying working with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach.
• speaking English fluently.
