Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Supervisor at Reading Services, M4 motorway, Burghfield. £28,500 per annum for 40 hours per week, with performance-driven bonus potential and substantial staff discounts, plus enhanced benefits and development opportunities.

As the supervisor, you’ll be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, maintaining high food safety and service standards, and creating a positive team culture.

• Proven experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Great communication skills and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium fresh food and coffee brands, serving Pret's range of high-quality, freshly prepared wraps, baguettes and organic coffee, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
