Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor in Reading to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and maintaining smooth daily operations for a premium fresh food and coffee brand.

You will champion high standards, drive performance, and foster a positive team culture while ensuring top-notch service and safety compliance across the unit.

Supervisor, £28,500 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium fresh food and coffee brands, serving Pret's range of high-quality, freshly prepared wraps, baguettes and organic coffee, whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
