Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a supervisor-level retail professional to deliver outstanding customer service and champion product storytelling in our boutique. You will guide customers from browsing to purchase and support teammates to achieve shop targets.

You’ll lead by example, stay on top of safety standards and brand appearance, and keep knowledge current through training. Evening and weekend availability is essential to align with opening hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or customer-driven role.
• Motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail; you’re organized and structured.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
