Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a capable supervisor to deliver amazing customer service, lead a small team, and ensure the boutique runs smoothly.

You’ll share product stories, aim for sales targets, handle complex questions, and represent Rituals with confidence. Training and workshops will keep your knowledge fresh, and you’ll be a role model for colleagues while opening hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or a customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve performance targets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organized and structured.
• Good communication and ability to support colleagues and customers.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
