Job summary

Rituals is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a boutique team in delivering the Feel-Good Experience to every customer. You will guide shoppers from browsing to purchasing, while coaching colleagues and upholding Rituals’ standards.

As a supervisor, you’ll focus on achieving performance targets, maintaining attention to detail, and representing the brand with enthusiasm during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
