Rituals Cosmetics in Harrogate is seeking a proactive supervisor-ready to keep the shop running smoothly while delivering a flawless Feel-Good Experience to every customer. You’ll coach teammates, turn browsing into buying, and protect brand standards during busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• Eye for detail, organised and structured.

• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
