Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking an experienced supervisor-style teammate to deliver outstanding customer service in our boutique. You’ll know every product inside out, share their stories, and lead by example during opening hours including evenings and weekends.

You will drive sales, support colleagues, and stay up to date with training and rituals, while ensuring the shop runs smoothly and safely. This role offers growth opportunities and employee benefits.

• You have supervisor or team lead experience in retail or customer-driven roles.

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
