Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Beverley seeks a customer-focused team member to guide shoppers from browsing to purchase, delivering friendly, proactive service and sharing product stories that connect with every customer.

You will uphold Rituals standards, stay current on new products, and support colleagues. This role suits someone with supervisory experience who wants more responsibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck.
• You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
