Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable retail assistant with leadership potential to join our York boutique. You’ll guide customers from browsing to checkout, share product stories, and help the team deliver the Feel-Good Experience.

You’ll set an example at targets, keep the shop running smoothly, and stay current with Rituals training. The role requires evenings and weekend availability and a passion for outstanding customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
